It’s beautiful today. Sunny. Warming, in a spring way. Out enjoying a drive, with the sunroof open, when a flag caught my eye. Its movement captured and enthralled me. I’ve been meditating on flow, awareness, energy, observation. While watching that flag, for a moment….life felt comfortable in a “I can achieve my dreams” kind of way.
